There are two plan options: the Single Plan, designed for individual members, and the EV Plus Plan, which offers extended benefits and covers both electric and non-electric vehicles.

Your coverage under the Membership Plan will begin 72 hours after your enrollment is effective. This waiting period is necessary before any requests for roadside assistance or additional benefits will be covered.

No, this Membership Plan is not transferable. It is specifically tied to the registered member and their vehicles.

In the event of a roadside emergency, call the toll-free number 888-209-5392 to reach a dispatcher. They will arrange for the appropriate service based on your plan’s coverage.

You can cancel your Membership Plan at any time. The refund policy varies based on your plan’s term and when you cancel. Monthly plans don’t offer refunds mid-cycle, while longer-term plans may provide pro-rata refunds minus a cancellation fee and the cost of benefits provided.

Exclusions include coverage for non-emergency services, repair costs, incidents due to intoxication, and use of the vehicle for unlawful purposes. Also, coverage is not provided for vehicles not in a safe condition to be towed, vehicles in inaccessible areas, and repeated service calls for the same issue within a short period.

State-specific requirements and disclosures mean that certain benefits might not apply or are modified in states like Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
